Safety Rules
Please read these rules with your children before your visit so everyone can bounce safely and have fun.
Adult Supervision
- 1A responsible adult (18+) must supervise children on the inflatables at all times.
- 2The supervising adult should actively watch the children — not be on their phone.
- 3Each inflatable must have at least one dedicated adult supervisor at all times.
Before You Bounce
- 1Remove shoes before entering — socks or bare feet only.
- 2Take off glasses, jewellery, badges, watches, and hair clips.
- 3Empty pockets of any sharp or hard items (keys, phones, coins).
- 4No food, drinks, or chewing gum on or near the inflatables.
Play Safe
- 1No rough play, pushing, wrestling, or tackling.
- 2No flips, somersaults, or climbing on the walls.
- 3Don't bounce near the entrance or exit.
- 4Take turns and be kind to younger bouncers.
Age & Size
- 1Keep children of similar age and size together.
- 2Separate toddlers from older, bigger children.
- 3Follow the recommended age guidance for each inflatable.
- 4Adults must not bounce with children on the same inflatable.
Capacity Limits
- 1Follow the maximum user limit displayed on each inflatable.
- 2If it looks crowded, wait for the next turn.
- 3Don't exceed the weight limit — ask staff if unsure.
- 4Sessions are timed to keep queues fair for everyone.
Weather Rules
- 1Inflatables will be stopped in high winds or heavy rain.
- 2Follow staff instructions if the weather changes.
- 3Wet inflatables can be slippery — wait for staff to dry them.
- 4Never use an inflatable during a thunderstorm.
Equipment Safety
- 1Keep away from blower fans, anchors, and power cables.
- 2Never pull on or climb the inflatable walls.
- 3Don't lift or move the inflatable yourself.
- 4Tell a staff member straight away if something looks wrong.
