Booking Terms

Zunzo Bounce Factory · Brought to you by Zunzo Party Hire

These Booking Terms apply whenever you make, hold, amend, cancel, receive or use a booking for a Zunzo Bounce Factory event.

They should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement.

Important booking information

Full refunds up to 24 hours before your session

Eligible bookings can be cancelled for a full refund until exactly 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the booked session.

Example: Monday 1:00pm session — cancellation deadline: Sunday 1:00pm.

Cancel through My Account

Customers can request cancellation of their complete booking through:

My Account → My Tickets

Removing individual attendees

If only some people can no longer attend, customers should not cancel their whole booking.

They should contact info@zunzobouncefactory.co.uk.

Payments

Online payments are securely processed using Stripe.

1.Making a booking

Bookings are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for checking the event, date, session, ticket quantities and extras before completing checkout.

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and booking confirmation has been issued.

Starting checkout or placing tickets in a basket does not guarantee availability.

2.Prices and payment

The price displayed at checkout is the price payable for the selected tickets and extras, subject to any valid discount.

Online payments are processed using Stripe.

A booking is treated as paid only once payment has been successfully confirmed.

3.Booking confirmation

Following successful payment, customers should receive confirmation showing relevant details including their booking reference, event, date, session, tickets, extras and amount paid.

Customers should check these details and contact us promptly if anything appears incorrect.

4.Child and adult admission

Each person attending must hold the appropriate admission ticket.

Any booking containing Child Admission must contain at least one Adult Admission.

Every adult attending requires an Adult Admission unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular event.

Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying parent, guardian or responsible adult.

5.Booking references and QR codes

Every booking receives a unique Booking Reference.

The customer's primary booking QR code represents that Booking Reference.

Example: ZBF-1842

The Booking Reference is an identifier, not authentication.

Possession of a booking reference or QR code must never provide unauthorised access to private customer or payment information.

6.Check-in and late arrival

Customers may be asked to present their booking QR or Booking Reference at check-in.

Check-in may record the arrival date and time.

Customers arriving late may still be admitted where reasonably possible, but their session will still finish at its advertised time.

Late arrival does not normally qualify for a refund or session extension.

7.Full booking cancellation

Customers may cancel an eligible booking for a full refund until exactly 24 hours before their booked session start time.

The deadline is based on the individual session start time, not merely the event date.

Customers can request cancellation through:

My Account → My Tickets

Example: Session starts Monday at 1:00pm. Cancellation deadline is Sunday at 1:00pm.

8.Cancellations within 24 hours

Once fewer than 24 hours remain before the booked session begins, the standard customer cancellation/refund option expires.

Tickets are not normally refundable during the final 24 hours or after the session has started where the customer simply changes their mind or can no longer attend.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Zunzo's discretion.

9.Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used through Stripe.

Once Zunzo initiates a refund, the time taken to reach the customer's account depends on Stripe and the customer's bank/payment provider.

10.Removing individual attendees

Customers wanting to remove only part of their party should not cancel their whole booking.

They should contact:

info@zunzobouncefactory.co.uk

Requests to remove attendees and receive an applicable refund must normally be made at least 24 hours before the session start time.

Once an attendee has been removed and their ticket refunded, that ticket becomes invalid.

The remainder of the booking continues normally.

11.Booking amendments and session transfers

Eligible amendments and session changes may be requested up to 24 hours before the original booked session begins.

Session transfers are subject to availability.

A transfer is not confirmed until confirmed by Zunzo or the booking system.

Any applicable price difference may need to be paid.

12.Gifting and transferring tickets

Eligible tickets may be gifted/transferred to another person through the supported ticket-transfer functionality before the applicable 24-hour cutoff.

One, several or all eligible tickets may be transferred where supported.

The original purchaser remains recorded as the original payer.

No new Stripe payment is required merely because an already-paid ticket is gifted.

Gifting a ticket does not count as a referral.

Recipients must not receive access to unrelated tickets, payment information or private account information belonging to the original customer.

13.Digital waivers

Certain child participants or activities may require a completed digital waiver before participation.

A waiver may be completed by the booking customer or securely sent to another appropriately authorised parent/guardian where supported.

A paid ticket does not automatically mean the required waiver has been completed.

A participant may be prevented from participating where a required waiver remains incomplete.

Waivers do not remove statutory rights or liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

14.Optional extras and face painting

Events may offer optional extras including face painting or other experiences.

An extra is included only where expressly included or successfully purchased.

Pre-purchasing does not automatically provide priority unless advertised.

Face-painting purchases may contain multiple individual entitlements.

Example: 3 purchased, 1 redeemed, 2 remaining.

Admission check-in must not automatically redeem face painting.

Unused prepaid extras associated with a complete booking cancelled before the 24-hour deadline will normally be included in the refund.

15.Food and drink ordering

Where digital food ordering is available, customers with an eligible booking may view the menu in advance.

The standard ordering window opens 5 minutes before the session starts and closes 10 minutes before the session ends.

Example: 11:00am–12:30pm session — ordering: 10:55am–12:20pm.

Orders must be successfully submitted within the ordering window.

Food/drink payments through the website use Stripe.

16.Referrals and rewards

A referral does not qualify simply because someone opens a referral link, creates an account or starts checkout.

A qualifying referral normally requires an eligible new customer, successful eligible booking and Stripe payment, and the booking must remain valid beyond the applicable 24-hour cancellation cutoff.

Cancelled, refunded, failed, self-referred or otherwise invalid bookings do not qualify.

Where the progressive food-and-drink reward is active:

  • 1 qualifying referral = 5% off2 qualifying referrals = 10% off3+ qualifying referrals = 15% off

Maximum standard reward: 15%.

The reward applies to the applicable next booked upcoming Bounce Factory session according to the programme rules.

Gifting an existing ticket is not a referral.

17.Zunzo event or session cancellation

If Zunzo Bounce Factory cancels the customer's booked event/session, the customer's normal 24-hour cancellation deadline does not apply.

Affected customers will be offered an appropriate remedy which may include:

  • a full refund;transfer to another available event/session; oranother appropriate option.

Where the customer is legally entitled to a refund, they do not have to accept an alternative event/session instead.

Refunds will normally include affected admission tickets and unused prepaid extras.

Refunds are normally returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

18.Event changes

Reasonable operational changes may occasionally be required, including changes to attraction placement, entertainment schedules or individual activities.

Minor operational changes do not automatically constitute cancellation.

Where a significant change materially affects the service purchased, Zunzo will deal with the matter fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

19.Failure to attend

Failure to attend without cancelling before the 24-hour deadline does not normally qualify for a refund.

Customers unable to attend should use the cancellation, amendment or eligible gifting options before the deadline.

20.Customer communications

Customers must provide accurate contact information.

Zunzo may send necessary service communications including booking confirmations, tickets, waiver reminders, amendments, cancellation notices and important event information.

These operational communications are separate from optional marketing.

21.Privacy

Personal information used to administer bookings is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This may include customer and participant details, booking information, payment status, ticket ownership, waivers, check-in, extras, food orders, referrals and booking communications.

Stripe processes payment information in connection with payments and refunds.

22.Relationship with Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms govern booking, payment, amendments, cancellations, refunds and ticket administration.

The separate Terms & Conditions govern attendance, supervision, safety, behaviour and attraction use.

23.Statutory rights

Nothing in these Booking Terms removes or restricts rights customers have under applicable consumer law.

Zunzo's contractual policy allows eligible customers to cancel for a full refund until 24 hours before their booked session start time.

Nothing in these Booking Terms limits any additional statutory remedy that may apply where a service is cancelled, not supplied as agreed or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

24.Changes to these booking terms

These Booking Terms may be updated from time to time.

The current version and last-updated date will be published on the website.

A later version will not be used retrospectively to remove contractual rights that applied to an existing confirmed booking.

25.Governing law

These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Customers retain applicable mandatory consumer protections.
