Zunzo Bounce Factory · Brought to you by Zunzo Party Hire

Last updated: 16 September 2026

We want as many families as possible to be able to enjoy Zunzo Bounce Factory.

We recognise that every customer's needs are different. Accessibility can also vary between venues, events and individual attractions, so we encourage customers with specific access requirements to contact us before booking or attending.

Our team will be happy to provide available information and discuss reasonable adjustments where possible.

Contact us about accessibility

Tell us about the event or session and the assistance you'd like us to consider. You don't need to share unnecessary medical details.

1.Our approach to accessibility

Zunzo Bounce Factory aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for children, families and visitors.

We will consider reasonable requests for adjustments and will try to assist where reasonably possible.

Because Bounce Factory takes place at different venues and uses different attractions, the accessibility of a particular event may vary.

If accessibility information is important to your decision to attend, please contact us before booking so we can provide the most relevant information available for that event.

2.Website accessibility

We aim to make the Zunzo Bounce Factory website straightforward to understand and use across modern devices.

Where reasonably possible, the website should support:

  • clear page structure;meaningful headings;readable text;sufficient colour contrast;keyboard navigation;visible keyboard focus;descriptive links and buttons;mobile and tablet layouts;text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate;form labels and useful validation messages; andcontent that does not rely solely on colour to communicate meaning.

Accessibility should be considered whenever customer-facing pages or features are updated.

3.Online booking

The booking journey should be designed to be as clear and simple as reasonably possible.

Important information such as:

  • event;date;session;ticket type;quantity;price;extras;customer details; andpayment

should be presented clearly.

Booking errors and validation messages should explain what the customer needs to correct rather than relying only on colour or icons.

4.My Account and My Tickets

Customer account areas should aim to remain usable on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Important actions such as:

  • viewing tickets;accessing Booking References/QR codes;completing waivers;managing eligible bookings;requesting cancellation;gifting eligible tickets; andviewing relevant event information

should use clear labels and understandable instructions.

5.QR codes and booking references

Customers may use a QR code for event check-in and eligible prepaid extras.

The QR code represents the customer's Booking Reference.

Customers who cannot easily present or scan a QR code should be able to ask event staff for assistance.

Where appropriate, authorised staff may use the Booking Reference or other permitted booking lookup information to locate the booking.

6.Digital waivers

Digital waivers should be designed to be readable and usable on common mobile devices.

Customers should be given a reasonable opportunity to read the waiver before signing.

Where supported, a waiver may also be securely sent to another appropriately authorised parent or guardian.

If a customer experiences difficulty completing a required digital waiver, they should contact Zunzo or speak to staff for assistance.

Any assistance must preserve the integrity of the customer's acknowledgement and signature.

7.Communication needs

We understand that some customers may have communication or access needs.

Where reasonably possible, customers can contact us before attending to explain what assistance may be helpful.

Email: info@zunzobouncefactory.co.uk

Customers do not need to provide more personal or medical information than is reasonably necessary for us to understand and respond to the request.

Handle any personal information provided in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.Accessibility at our events

Accessibility at physical Bounce Factory events depends partly on the venue being used.

This may include factors such as:

  • entrance routes;steps or level access;door widths;toilets;parking;seating;floor surfaces;lighting;sound levels;available space; andemergency arrangements.

Where we have confirmed venue-specific accessibility information, we should provide it accurately on the relevant event or visitor information page.

Do not automatically state that every venue has accessible parking, accessible toilets, step-free access or other facilities unless these have been confirmed.

9.Inflatable attractions

Bounce Factory events contain inflatable attractions which differ in size, design and method of use.

Some attractions may involve:

  • climbing;crawling;balancing;bouncing;sliding;negotiating obstacles; orentering/exiting through inflatable structures.

As a result, not every attraction will be suitable or accessible for every participant.

Customers with questions about a particular attraction are encouraged to contact us before attending.

Our team can provide information about the attraction where available, but customers/parents/guardians remain responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate, subject to applicable attraction rules and staff safety instructions.

10.Mobility and wheelchair users

Venue access for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility can vary between events.

Where relevant, customers should contact us before booking or attending so we can provide the available venue-specific information.

Do not imply that wheelchairs can be used on inflatable attractions.

Do not claim that every venue is fully wheelchair accessible unless confirmed.

Where a participant cannot use a particular attraction, staff will provide information about other available activities where reasonably possible.

11.Sensory needs

We recognise that busy family events can involve:

  • music;children playing;crowd noise;bright or changing lighting;inflatable blowers;announcements; andcharacter entertainment.

This environment may not be suitable for everybody.

Where an event includes a specifically advertised lower-sensory or SEN-friendly session, clearly explain the adjustments applicable to that particular session.

Do not imply that every Bounce Factory session is low-sensory.

Customers with sensory requirements are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can explain the expected environment and any available options.

12.Hidden disabilities and individual needs

Not all disabilities or access needs are visible.

Staff should treat customers respectfully and avoid making assumptions based solely on appearance.

Where a customer requests reasonable assistance, staff should consider what can reasonably and safely be provided.

Safety requirements applying to inflatable attractions may still need to be followed.

13.Parents, guardians and companions

Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying parent, guardian or responsible adult.

Event staff supervising attractions do not replace parental or guardian supervision.

If a visitor requires a carer, companion or other support person, customers are encouraged to contact us before booking if they need information about admission arrangements.

Do not invent a free-carer-ticket policy or concession unless one has actually been configured/confirmed for the relevant event.

14.Queues and seating

Queues may form for popular attractions, extras, face painting, check-in or entertainment.

Availability of seating and rest areas varies by venue.

Customers who have difficulty standing or queueing for extended periods are encouraged to speak to a member of staff.

Where reasonably possible and operationally practical, staff will consider appropriate assistance.

Do not promise queue skipping or guaranteed priority access unless a specific service has been advertised.

15.Food allergies and dietary requirements

Where food and drink are available, customers with allergies or dietary requirements should check the available product information and speak to the relevant food service team where necessary.

Do not make assumptions about whether a product is safe for a particular allergy.

Where allergy information is requested, provide the information available from the relevant food supplier or operator.

Do not claim that any venue or food preparation environment is allergen-free unless specifically verified.

16.Face painting and optional extras

Face painting and other optional extras may not be suitable for every customer.

Customers with allergies, skin sensitivities or other relevant concerns should speak to the provider before participating.

Pre-purchasing an extra does not remove any safety or suitability requirements applicable to that service.

17.Assistance before your visit

If you or somebody attending with you has an accessibility requirement, we recommend contacting us before your visit.

Tell us:

  • which Bounce Factory event/session you are considering or attending;what aspect of accessibility you would like information about; andwhat reasonable assistance or adjustment you would like us to consider.

You do not need to provide unnecessary personal medical details.

Contact:

info@zunzobouncefactory.co.uk

We will provide the information available to us and consider reasonable requests.

18.Reasonable adjustments

Where applicable, we will consider reasonable adjustments to help disabled customers access our services.

What is reasonable may depend on factors including:

  • the customer's needs;the venue;the attraction or service;health and safety requirements;available facilities;staffing;the nature of the event; andwhat can practically and safely be provided.

Accessibility adjustments cannot override essential safety requirements.

We will not deliberately refuse reasonable assistance simply because a disability or access need is not visible.

19.Emergency and safety information

Accessibility is considered alongside the safety of customers, staff and other visitors.

Customers who may require particular assistance during an emergency are encouraged to make staff aware where appropriate.

Venue-specific emergency arrangements may vary.

Customers must continue to follow reasonable safety instructions from venue and Zunzo staff.

20.Feedback and accessibility problems

We welcome feedback about accessibility.

If you:

  • find part of the website difficult to use;cannot access important booking information;encounter an accessibility barrier at an event; orhave a suggestion that could improve accessibility

please contact:

info@zunzobouncefactory.co.uk

Where possible, explain the page, feature, event or issue involved so we can investigate.

21.Third-party services

Some Bounce Factory services may involve third-party platforms or providers, such as payment services, venue facilities or other external services.

We cannot directly control the accessibility of every third-party service.

Where we become aware of a significant accessibility problem affecting a service used by our customers, we will consider what reasonable steps are available to us.

22.Changes to this accessibility information

We may update this page as our website, booking system, events, venues or accessibility arrangements develop.

Venue-specific accessibility information may also be provided separately on individual event pages.

The current version of this page will display its last-updated date.
