What counts as a group booking?

A group booking is for 9 to 20 child places in a single session. If you're booking for between 9 and 20 children, you'll automatically get the group booking flow with a dedicated Group Hub to distribute tickets to friends and family.

How does the Group Hub work?

When you make a group booking, you get a private Group Hub page. From there you can invite friends and family by email, choosing how many child and adult places to allocate to each guest. Each guest receives an invitation link to accept their tickets, enter their child's details, and sign the waiver. You can see who has accepted, send reminders, and buy more tickets if needed — all from the hub.

Can I book without an account?

Yes — you can check out as a guest. After booking, create a free account with the same email to manage your tickets, save your children's details and add extras later.

Do I need to name all the children at checkout?

No. As the organiser, you only need to name the children who will be on your own booking. For the rest, you can skip the child details step at checkout and let your guests enter their own children's names and ages when they accept their invitation. This saves time and means each parent provides their own child's information.

How do guests accept a group invitation?

Guests receive an email with a link to accept their tickets. When they click the link, they'll see the event details and the number of places allocated to them. They enter their children's names and ages, optionally add food or extras, sign the waiver, and get their own QR tickets — all without needing to create an account first.

How are under-2 places handled in group bookings?

Under-2 places are tracked separately from child places (aged 2+) in group bookings. When you allocate tickets to a guest, you can specify how many child places, under-2 places, and adult places they get. Each guest sees a summary of their allocated places when they accept, and under-2 children are recorded with their own ticket type.

Each guest gets their own individual QR code for their child's ticket. The organiser's own children are on the main booking QR. At the door, staff scan each QR code individually — there is no single group QR that checks everyone in at once. This means guests can arrive separately and check in independently.
